2025 Nissan Kicks Front ViewThe Kicks, Nissan’s smallest crossover, got a significant glow-up for the 2025 model year, with the automaker giving it updated exterior styling, available all-wheel drive, and great tech. The vehicle also received a price cut from the previous year’s model, a rare move in today’s auto market.

The 2025 Nissan Kicks starts at:

  • Kicks S: $21,380
  • Kicks S AWD: $23,330
  • Kicks SV: $23,680
  • Kicks SV AWD: $25,330
  • Kicks SR: $26,180
  • Kicks SR AWD: $27,680

The Kicks comes with a 2.0-liter inline-four-cylinder engine making 141 horsepower and 140 pound-feet of torque. A continuously variable transmission sends power to the front or all four wheels. Vehicles equipped with AWD add a snow mode that alters the throttle and traction control to provide better traction in slippery conditions.

Nissan updated the exterior with new fenders and a boxier shape. It sports full-width LED taillights and a redesigned front end. Inside, the interior got a new gauge cluster and infotainment system. Nissan also reshaped the center console with larger cupholders, and both rows of seats feature the automaker’s Zero Gravity design, one of the most comfortable seat configurations in the industry.

Cargo and passenger space increased with the new model year. There’s 1.7 inches more front shoulder room, 0.9 inches more rear knee room, and 1.5 inches more rear shoulder room. Cargo space now measures 30 cubic feet with the rear seats upright and 60 cubic feet with them folded flat. The SV and SR trims get a two-level trunk floor with lower storage for smaller items.

The standard infotainment display is a seven-inch touchscreen, but the SR trim steps up to a 12.3-inch unit. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard, along with Bluetooth and USB inputs. Nissan also moved the climate and other controls to touch-sensitive pads in the dash.

Safety equipment also got a boost, with Nissan Safety Shield 360 now coming standard. It brings automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, blind spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alerts, lane departure warnings, automatic high beams, and more. The SR trim adds ProPilot Assist, which incorporates steering assistance and other features to create an advanced adaptive cruise control system.
